Sign up at invoicing.estica.be. Companies set up their mandate subscription; contractors set up their profile and subscribe to a Plus plan, or receive a seat from their firm.
The contractor initiates the mandate from their Contacts page, searching for the firm by name or VAT number. The firm accepts. From that point, the firm can manage invoice details, timing, and reimbursable costs — while the invoice is technically sent by the contractor.
Every month, Estica sends invoices via Peppol on the configured schedule. The firm reviews and adjusts if needed before sending. No manual follow-up required.
